I'm converting back to a stock spoiler and want to sand it down myself to save labor costs when I take it to have it painted. I've never done any type of bodywork/paint before so could someone give me a quick rundown on what to do? Thanks a ton!

Nobody? I've heard wet sanding with 80 then 220 grit. Will this work?
