Need help removing front turn signals

Hey guys, I need help. I have and '02 z28 and am installing clear turn signals in the front. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the stinking things out. I have all of the bulbs out and all three mounting screws out, but how do I get the lens out??? Do I have to take out the headlamp? if so, what all do I have to take of there. I started taking out the screws that hold the brackets on, but then found that the foglamp is mounted to the same housing, and therefore gave up on taking it out. Please help me out. I'm sure this is an easy job, but I am sure having a hard time figuring out a way to get them out. It is really getting me excited about trying to get the new ones in when I'm done.

With mine...once everything is out...(bulbs...screws) I just push in evenly on the whole front of the lens. It just pops out. The new one should just 'snap' in.

I basically pushed and pulled on the lenses until they were forced out. I did not take out the headlights. I think that is way to much trouble to do. It was definetly not an easy install for me. If you have the Euro Diamond clear corners I would be sure to reseal them with some clear silicone or other sealant before installing them. The pair I had was a total peice of crap and were full of water within days. But to get them out just force them and try not to break anything. Good luck!

Thanks guys. That is what I ended up doing. I got so frustrated and ticked off, that I just pushed on them with brute force and they popped out. I am surprised it is that hard. It took soo much force that I was afraid that they were going to break.

yeah i had the EXACT same problem. heres what i did:

I pushed the light towards the foam side so that the other side was up against the metal hanging in there by only a small corner.

Then i just friggin pulled/pushed it past the metal. The lights ALMOST broke, but they didnt. So kinda try and bend that side as ur pushing. Its gonna seem like they will break but they kinda snap out. lol. good luck.
