Post Need help on prepping car

I am getting a paint job and my bodykit and spoiler put on in the next few days, and since I'm changing the colors he's going to paint inside the doors, engine, and hatchback area. What could I remove to make his part easier before I take it in? Also, how could I remove my camaro reflexive inserts I put on the back? Thanks

now what I would do and it's just me that would probably do this but I would strip the interior completely, and on the rear inserts I've heard people saying on here that they use a hairdryer hope this helps

Cool

You can't remove vinyl decals/inserts and apply them again You'll have to get new ones.

For an idea of what to remove, take a look here

Anybody got any other methods of taking the inserts off? Lol, I know I can't reuse them.

Ahh... if you just want to take them off, use your fingernail, start a corner, and peel them off. Use Goo Gone or similar to remove the left behind adhesive.
