need help Installing steering wheel controls***

Im replacing my steering wheel(NO radio controls) and I bought a steering wheel That has the radio controls. Can I make these steering wheel controls work with ym stock radio????????? Is there a harness I have to buy????? Id really appreciate it if someone can shed some light here..hahaha Please help Im planning to do this tommorow morning!

Not to hi-jack the thread but where did you get the new streering wheel? Was it new or used? Leather? How much was it?

My leather one has some marks in it and I'm debating on wether to get an after market one or order a new one somewhere.
