i have a 2002 35th anniv ss with center mount exhaust, im trying to do the same exhaust setup with my 97 z28, where can i find this, and also where can i find some 35th anniv tips to use on this setup? thx

Well, it's not called a 35th anniversary bumper.
It's a lip made for the SLP CME (Center mount exhaust) that goes under your back bumper. Try the dealership or private sellers.
The tips aren't "35th anniversary" tips either. They are tips from a SLP CME system.
The only thing "35th anniversary" are your wheels, stripes, red b-pillar and seats.

i understand these parts arent 35th specific i just used those names as references as to what i was looking for ,but would slp have these parts available?

SLP has the parts available for sale. In order to use the CME tips though, you're going to need either a custom exhaust system or you're going to need to get one of SLP's packages that includes the CME tips. The CME tips require 90 degree bends you might have noticed to go to the center of the car.
Here's a pic from when I unpacked our new CME tips from SLP (the original set that came on the car didn't have the additional brace on the back, so they broke when we hit a speed bump).

Great looking, but they are expensive for tips. $250 or something. We were just lucky that SLP considered it warranty work since we had the old kind and they just broke apart.
