Neat little body mod...

Not my car.
Just saw it on another LS1 board and thought it was neat.

Those hellacious little buggers gave me 7 blisters before they decided to come off. (note to self...dont touch side of car after heating with hair dryer)

I did that last summer and HIGHLY recommend it.

(Hint: It's easier to do on a very hot day)

Previous owner must have taken them off before I bought it. I dont think that Ill ever put them on.


Has anyone had a body shop fill the line?

You can fill the line on the doors, but I wouldn't recommend filling the body panel seams.

I pulled the spear off my formula right when i got it....it was so low that it really didnt protect the doors from anything....looks much cleaner now...

great cheap mod

I dont think they have those on pre 98 cars. Mine doesnt.

Mine 97 doesn't have them either! I think Chevy should have left that trim piece off all camaros!
