Those are the European spec export mirrors. They might still be available from GM. They are breakaway design for safety.
IMO they are ugly...
Kinda like the Euro-spec fenders with the turn signal mounted where the emblem is supposed to be. Don't even get me started on the export rear bumper cover with the rear foglamps...
