There it is. Saving for a new paintjob to get rid of the swirls.

Re: My Z

looks good man.

I don't see any swirls, if they aren't that noticable I wouldn't worry about it. Have you tried trying to buff the clear coat down with compound?? If it's all surface swirls a detail shop can machine buff the entire car for you......

Re: My Z

Never thought of that, Hawk...I will go to a shop tomorrow and see what they would charge for that. The swirls aren't that noticeable until you look at them in direct light...they aren't really bad, but I would prefer they not be there at all.

Thanks for the compliments.

Yeah I am looking for some better wheels. I am considering some ZO6's that I am trying to sell for my friend...if I can't get a buyer for them I might put them on mine. The Modas are not bad, but I would like to have a GM wheel on there.

Thanks all for the replies.

Re: My Z

Yeah I love the C6 wheels, but I don't think I will spend money on them until I get the paint settled. I have been quoted $2500 by a pretty good custom shop to completely repaint the whole thing black and fix the little imperfections in the body panels and junk. I have about...800 bucks saved so far haha.
