my rear end!

ok... just noticed this today.... i think my rear bumper is down to low, and after studying mayn many t/a rear ends it has to be... question is this.... whats the easyest way to move it up?

What do you mean? Are the bolts that is holding the rear bumper on, falling off?

ok, heres the deal.... the pics on my cardomain page.... lmao, quite coincidently were taken the day i wrecked teh car... scratched the rear fender on a gaurd rail.... took it and got it fixed... i didnt notice anything different today i was putting on my new inspection sticker on the liscense plate and it didnt look right... i mean its on securely but its not up high enough? i think when they took it apart to fix the fender and paint it and what not they didnt get it back on straight? or up far enough?
