My first few tries with Photoshop...

Well, I finally downloaded the free trial of Photoshop CS2. I spend some time playing around with it, and came out with these pics of my cars.

Opinions?

Cool work, looks good for your first stuff. Putting cars on different backgrounds is really difficult. The last two are a lot better than the first.

My wife said she could definatly tell the 2nd one was fake since I would never park my car in that dark alley

All of them are pretty good. The third is best though. You already mentioned how the first doesn't line up with the turn correctly. But on the second one, where are the shadows on the car coming from?

I had to pic both the background pic and the pic of my car that would work together. The 3rd pic was taken at night in similar light conditions with shadows, making it fairly easy to fit into the background pic besides getting the light conditions and color to match up.
