My car sits too high in the back

I've noticed my Z sits higher in the rear than I'd like it to. This is a dumb question, but what's the best way to go about lowering it the correct way, and if it's just replacing the springs, what springs would you recommend? It needs to be about 1.5 - 2 inches lower in the rear, and possibly .5 - 1 inch lower in the front. It looks like it doesn't sit right to me.

Edit: This would probably be better answered in the racing sections, so I'm posting there as well.
