Hi, this is the first time i post something up and was interested in the opinions of other f-body owners. What should I do to my car next? I want to know if you think it was a good idea of making a conversion from a 93-97 front end to a 98-02 front end? What should I do for performance? What exhaust would sound good on a v6? And what other exterior modifications i should do? Thanks

I would say, first off, ditch the wing and get a spoiler.
That would help tons. You already mentioned that you would like to get a ZR28 spoiler, and didn't know if you should keep that one or ditch it, so I say, ditch it!

Next up, wheels. Wheels make a car. What kind just depends on how much you want to spend.

You already got the black part, so the color is as good as you are gonna get. Nothing like a Black Bowtie! (or F-Body Firebird Owners).

Like the hood too, can't go wrong with the SS hood. Just don't put SS badges on it! I wouldn't have swapped the front end, but that's up to you anyway. If you like the '98+ front end, then congrats on getting the swap done! I just think the LT1 front end is more aggressive, so I play with the '97- style. Good luck on getting it to where you want it. And once again, welcome to CZ28.C!

 

Ouch.. clean clean clean that engine bay, especially if you are gonna put pictures of the engine up on the NET... CLEAN IT FIRST.

I agree with Bowtie.... Definately get rid of that wing.

And get some real wheels.

 

I should take those pics off then. Hey pu12en12g your cardomain site is the one i would always go to, you have the sweet f-body page with all those ground effects. I would always go and see it for anything new, I really like that 98-02 callaway kit. Keep up the damn good work in finding more f-bodies.
