Post My Bowtie

Hey everyone. I'm not from this board but wanted to see what everyone on here thinks about my new bowtie. I've wanted to do this for ages and finally found someone to make me a bowtie large enough and cheap enough. Let me know what you think. The first page has pics of the bowtie

The bowtie looks alright, but i think u need like an old style Z28 emblem on the back because it looks a little plain, there is a guy on this board that has that same setup pretty much but with a 70 or so Z28 emblem in the center and it looks good.

Thanks for the replies. The rear black piece is no longer there, thats just black vinyl for temp purpose so I could see if I liked it. It's not a Z-28 (V-6) so I'm not about to be putting Z-28 or SS badging on it. I do however have it badged RS because they decided to stop badging in 98. The black covers up the one on the rear in those pics but if you look on my last page you can see the side ones, the rear is just a smaller version. I also have reflective concepts black fill ins. I am going to get another rear piece and paint that black and put a red RS sticker and get red fill ins, then swap them for what ever mood I'm in. About the bowtie, personally I think it looks great. You seriously need to see it in person if you want to really like it, accents the lines of the car real nice. I got the idea from the grand sport vette fender strips and figured why not use a bowtie and have the side be those stripes. People are always starin at it =D

The bowtie looks interesting, and I would definately go with your plan for the rear-end. It should look alot better once u get the letter inserts on.

Cool

I like it....I don't know about everyone else, but I have been struggling to find something to set my car off that is a little different from the norm (Rally Stripes, Flames, etc.) Congratulations...you found your own unique way...

I think it looks ok. It makes you camaro look too much like a rice burner. No offense, just being honest.
