Well guys the majority of the car is done. All that's left is what you see that needs to be sprayed, put back together, final wet sanding and buffing. the front bumper cover still needs to be cut into and the black gloss applied, where it was on the previous bumper.

Great news everyone, all the parts have been officially painted and are ready to be put back on the car. Also got most of the new window and door molding in today. To my surprise on how over cast it was today, one photo i took still shows my reflection. so here are the photos from today, I was not able to get photos of the hood, seeing that it was in the paint booth drying.

Thanks man, i went with the 2002 silver paint code that gm used on 02' camaros . To match my 02' SS. Both are sebring silver but the paint is slightly different seeing as though gm used two different codes between 97 and 02. The previous owner garage kept the SS so not much fading accured over the years. Both should match eachother almost perfectly. Besides this time next year the SS gets totally redone ie. 427 procharged, new suspension, new trans, new rear, new paint and different nose (lt1 ss nose).

I got them from a company called racers auction. They fit great and sealed perfectly. I was thinking about going with tall valve covers if these didnt work...but they do so im sticking with them.
