Smile MrGrille -- Billet Grill????

Has anyone had any experience with these grills? I have a 2000 camaro and my grill has the license plate piece on it... Will these billet grills still go over my stock grill or do i have to pull off the stock grill? I put a link to the MrGrille site below. I found them on ebay for $69.. Any help would be great.

Thanks,
James
