Molding ground effects to bumpers?

I want to put a wings west kit on my '94 Camaro, but I'd like to mold them into the front and back bumpers so there's no line there. I'm wondering if it can be done? If so what should I use to do it with? Is there some kind of plastic filler I could use?

I've always heard that molding the front bumper has caused problems cause even if you hit it slightly it ends up cracking the bonding compound and paint. You'd have to be REAL careful if you're gonna do that.
