Yes, you can really tell they are silver in real life. The camera can't really catch the silver because it is kind of light. But, you can tell it's silver when you look at them in person. Even more so when the right light is on them.

Have any of you guys gone to Mac Ewen's webpage? I've tried to get there for the past couple of days, but it won't load. Are you guys having the same problem? Thanks

Thanks! You can't see the mishap though, I cracked my dash pad in two places when I installed the gauges!

Ok you can get them on ebay they sold them for $60 and you know what i found out from people who bought them? its just 6, 3000MCD, 5mm LED lights attatched to 14-16 gauge wire with wire looms over them. first problem i encounted was the red coloring on the needles...certainly made the job look horrible...ok no prob i scratched off the coloring.....wow looked good now....too bad in the daytime u cant see anything lol, ok blue gel paint on them now...looks good in the daytime but man now its blocked off at night errrrrrrr. Solution...take 2 pieces of scotch tape make a thin line exposed on the needle, paint the color paint on that line wait til dry, peel it off viola! best of night an day. hook the wiring up to the brown wire on the headlight controller i believe (was the best source for mine), pics in my sig if you wanna c, i dont believe i got a good shot of the glow tho

My car is sitting in my garage, huge crack in the dash from trying to install nu-image guage. Im seriously thinking about calling chevy and b!tching them out for making such cheap products.

The dash is a bit cheap. I put my reverse glows in yesterday and wow are they fantastic looking but I was amazed at how the dash is being held on by all that velcro crap

About the gauge graphics:

They were made by Teri Lane. She posts at LS1.com as Teri9672.
Her email address is: tlane@spacehab.com

She can make what ever design you want. I paid via paypal and she made them and shipped them out the same day.

You can run a search at ls1.com on her screen name and you'll see a few more examples.

As far as the MacEwen gauges at night, they light up exactly like stock.

Thanks for all the comments!
