Maaco paint for side mirrors

I have two side view mirrors that are silver and need them painted polo green. Now there's no way Maaco paint would ever come near the body of my car, but I'm thinking it should be fine for just the mirrors, no?

few things about maaco

1) A good majority of them are privately owned so they all use different paints, some good some poor so find out first
2) 90% of the time if you prep the parts well the paint will last pretty long
3) make sure they can have the color to match sometimes those guys are a lil colorblind if you ask me, go to a local bodyshop give them your paint code so they can get the good stuff an have maaco shoot that paint
4) just take the mirrors to a local body shop that does better paint work, at our shop we do mirrors usually from $50-150 a pair depending on the time it takes to prep and disassemble (power, turnsignals and heated ones are a PITA sometimes)
