LS1 Firebird with enclosed nose

What do you guys think of this photoshopped picture I found on LS1TECH? I think it looks really cool! I'd probably own a Firebird if they looked like this!

Honestly, that looks more bad *** each time I look at it. It's a shame it's just a photoshop because it looks very cool. I'd get one of those in a heartbeat over a Camaro if it looked like that.

You know, the more I look at it, the more I pay attention to the Trans Am styling that I don't like much. I don't like the doors on the Pontiacs, and I like the Firebird front bumper better, but still not as much as the Camaro...

That's probably why I like Camaros anyway. Less aggressive body sculpting.

I like the Firebird front end better also between the Pontiac F-bodies. And I like the doors just fine on them as long as the body side molding is removed.

I've never liked much the overdone batman-esque styling on the 4th. gen Pontiacs, but this one looks great!

You know... the funny thing is, I was going to say, that if you could remove some of the swoopy Saleen S7 type stuff from the Firebird/TA I'd like them better, but then you'd end up with a C5 Vette that seats four... but is that a bad idea?

yes? The styling of the T/A is what its known for. If you want plain looks, you go for the camaro (that wasnt an insult at camaros, i love how they look too), and if you want something that looks like nothing else on the road you go for the T/A. I dont think it would have the same reptuation and following if it was toned down...if it wasnt for the styling i would have bought a Camaro instead. Of course there are going to be those that say its overdone, your going to have people criticize the styling of every car.

That said, i still think that the 4th gen WS6 is one of the best looking cars on the road, and definitely the best looking out out of all f-bodies except for a 1st gen.

If you want the LS1 front end toned down get an LT1. I think my car looks and sounds better than any ls1 ever can.

It looks cool, but I like the original better. I am a huge fan of the Firehawk hood on transams so I'd take that any day over that look. But it would be original!

Very unique! I wonder what the WS6 hood would look like with that front clip?

It probably wouldn't really look right since it almost depends on the other two nostrils beneath to look good. It'd probably look as out of place as the Warbird hood on the Camaro. I'm betting a hood like the Ultra-Z style hood would look good with that front end though.
