Lowering Springs! Help!?

I have a 96 Z28.... I just put 17x9.5's 475/40 tires on *16x8's were on it* ok anyways.... I didnt think that it would raise it as much as it did... does anyone know how much of a drop I would have to put *as in what size lowering spring* to make it back to the original height? Please reply ASAP... and if you know of cheap places to order the springs please add that as well.... Thanks peeps!

Try the DMS springs they lower the car about an 1" drop and they are nice springs and at a decent price, I believe they are in the advertiser index, check it out.

i have heard of the dms springs going lower than 1", near 2" in the front and 1" in the back in some cases.... it of course depends on yer ride... the Hotchkis springs have seemed to be solidly at 1" drop... after a buttload of searches and reading they seem to be pretty consistent... i would suggest these if you arent looking to drop your car too much...
