Loose Rear Spoiler?

Well I have developed a serious rattle in the backend of the car since about 6-8 months....

I was washing the car and when I ran my hand under the spoiler(stock Z28) it felt a lot looser than it should...

Any way to tighten this thing back down? I looked underneath the hatch and didn't really see a spot where bolts could be accessed....but I'm not sure

Any help?

Thanks guys!

Remoove the plastic cover on the top hatch. Just pull on it. it snaps out. then there are 4 screws you can tighten
