I got a borla system in the shed, not too worried about the flowmaster catback looking good atm.


Heres my next step. I have like 200 bucks to spend on the next step. My car needs brakes, pretty bad, so I can get drilled/slotted rotors and brake pads for 170.00, in my range. but I have a rare chance to get a set of HnR springs for 190. Should I go with what I NEED, and not make much of a change in look, or go with what I WANT, and make a huge improvement?

PS, as you can tell, I've decided to lower my car, I drove in a buddies lowerd HOSS today thats on sportlines, and he took me over some spots that I was worried about and he showed me that If I went slow, its no big deal at all..

 

take off your door handles and locks, use a scotch pad and buff them so they look like a brushed nickle kind of look and then get them cleared or powdercoated cleat. Have a fabrication shop make you two of the little triangle pieces behind the side windows out of aluminum and take off your black ones. Just use 3M double sided foam tape to restick the aluminum pieces. Get some clear corners, lower it a tad, get some bling on the rotating stock, possibly a hood, and buy some nice tips for your exhaust. I am assuming the rest of the pipe is still there? but that is just my opinion, since I have a 97 trans am, in white!

I just got my borla system put on, and bought new rotors and pads, they are going on tomorrow if I have time to do them. CETA conversion should start next week sometime. I get paid the 18th, then I may buy this set of 3pt SFC's for 75 bucks ( lightly used ) or springs... My step dad offerd a bit of cash up for rims/tires * he just spend 2000 on his 20's for his Lincon lol *
