does anyone know how the exterior door handles come off, i want to have them painted to match the body but need a little assitance in taking them off the paint

 

Im not real sure but most likely they are bolted in from the inside of the door.

I seriously doubt that he was being a smarta$$ to you. This kind of responce is not wanted in this section. If it was so obvious, why didn't you remove the door handle already rather than asking for help here? Also, you need to have your e-mail visable to all users to post anywhere on this board. You can change that in your user profile, but I am sure that was "obvious"
