I think it would be cool to have lighted side mirrors on our car, like how Mercedes has it on their cars. I'm not necessarily talking about full aftermarket replacements, but maybe someone could modify the existing mirrors to do this, without cracking the mirror housing. I think it would be a cool addition to the car, and it would be useful too. There have been too many times recently that I begin to change lanes, and then other cars nearly change lanes into me at the same time.

 

Someone does make a housing thta has an LED in place for the camaro mirrors like you are describing. They were pretty pricey, but not to bad looking. It was posted in this section maybe about a year ago or so.

 

ls1speed.com had them,but I just cheched thier site and didn't find them.You might give them a call and see if they are still making them.
