i like my chrome wheels and all, but whenever I see black cars with black spoke wheels w/ polished lip, I wish I would have gotten black wheels instead.

what do you think? leave them chrome, or be different with black Z06's?

I dont know man. I DO love the look of the Black Z06 wheels that were posted here this week. Its a hard choice I'd have to do soem photoshop in order to decide.

 

how about a anodized or powder coated dark-blue/black center w/ polished lip, to match the flames imagine 30th aniv TA rims but smoked to the color of dark blue flames, yesS

I'd leave 'em chrome... UNLESS you get the black Z06 wheels with polished lip and polished rivets. Damn, those are freakin' sexy.

its just that EVERYONE has chrome on black these days, whether its trucks, cars etc. I see a black escalade with chrome 22's go by work, i see it, and im done. I then see a black escalade with black 22's w/ polished lip, i see it, say "damn!" and stare. same goes with this black 745 bmw with black wheels too

you should. black powder coat, polished lip, and black out the taillights, with the especial spray. and get the darkest tinting. that would look big pimpin.

 

i would sell those wheels to buy black powdercoated z06's. i've thought about having my wheels done black, but i'm scared they will get messed in the process and then i will be out a nice set of wheels. its your call, but either way i vote black wheels w/ polished lip. there's a z06 in town that powdercoated his stock wheels all black and it looks so mean. i also came across another black z06 once w/ the black wheels and polished lip and rivits. it looked incredible. go for it zack.

 

Hey I am like you stuck on the black. I have chromes too but love the motorsports in black. Ive decided to sell mine and buy the blackZ06 with polished lip and rivets from DDD. They are the cheapest there.
