Leaky T-Tops

For some reason I have a feeling this is not uncomon as i think, where i live we've gotten a good amout of rain lately, and the other day I got into the car and there was a puddle in back on the floor. I moved the car and saw it was leaking from the t-tops, anyone body with any suggestions??

What year is the car? If it's an older car, might not be a bad idea to get new weather stripping.
