Thanks! I'll check the pics out when I get home...

BTW what are those studs coming out of the bottom of your front bumper? Did you used to have a front ground effect piece that was bolted on?

Those 3 metal studs under my front bumper you see is part of a custom metal inlet I had made to direct more air to my front mount intercooler. They look better than what others have done to get air to their FMIC (hack up the front bumper and have a gaping hole).

I don't understand how that works, but anything is definitely better than hacking up the LT1 front bumper!

It basically is a metal plate that is shaped like this> _/ which aims the air to my intercooler, helping keep my IAT's cool, which in turn keeps me away from detonation and allows me to run more boost safely.

Oh ok, I get it now. That's seriously a lot better than cutting the "grill" out of the front bumper. I've never been a fan of that.

Car looks good! Which SS hood did you go with? The gap between the front bumper and the fenders seems a little large.

They stopped making them a long time ago so they're no longer available. I had the rears widened when I was in college so they're now 17x11.

How dare you post such a small pic. If you're going to tempt me with a car that looks nearly exactly like mine WITH the beautiful OZ Monte Carlos, you better post a larger, better pic without the hood popped.

I have a great pic of OZ Monte Carlo wheels in my room. I have one of the original Callaway C8 posters used to promote the wheels thanks to the previous owner of the car. This poster is priceless to me.

(Sorry to hijack your thread Call911, but at least it brings it to the top for more people to see!)

I like them rims too esp when they offered the carbon fiber center piece. RK Sport had a brochure w/ a red Z28 w/ those rims in chrome. Looked good minus the lunch handle tray.
