The Banshee conversion by Rob Louisell [pioneer in the K.I.T.T. Conversions] is a little nicer looking. The Banshee conversion is based off of the car used in the Knight Rider Movie.

The only LEDs I know that you can plug in without this feature is the 194 bulbs on the rear sidemarkers.....I have clear ones that I made with red LED bulbs and they are perfect
"regulator" = Resistors.
The 194's like you plug in your sidemarkers, dash, etc. have the resistor "built-in" to them.

It is very nice looking - except for the light bar. And I am pretty sure I could come up with some better lights than they used. Square tractor lights = ugly.
