keeping you car clean in the winter?

for you guys that drive your cars in the winter...how do you keep it clean? for obvious reasons i dont want to be outside with a hose and a bucket washing my car during the winter, but i dont want it to be dirty all winter either...do you guys actually wash your cars when its freezing outside?

I just go to a do it yourself car wash and soap it up maybe bring a towel to rub the dirt off.

So the hard bristles from the brushes there won't scratch your paint but either way is fine

Make sure you have a couple of good coats of wax/Zaino on your car, and your good to go. Make sure you don't get any thick "mud" or crap on your car, and go to a touchless car wash. Works fine. Just bring a towel along with because the air-dryers don't get 100% of the water off.

Like I said, this will work if you've got a good coat of wax and no caked-on mud.

Or you could move here. It's a blistering 80 degrees here in the daytime. Sorry guys didn't mean to rub it in.

I wash mine when it's freezing outside. Warm water and a hurry through job gets it looking good. California car duster and that Detailer Mist spray keep it that way.

The coldest Ive attempted to hand wash my car in was about 28*, Ill never try that again, my hands nearly broke off. Last winter my car stayed mostly dirty because I didnt want to take it to a drive through wash and never really liked using the do it yourself wash.
When I finally did breakdown and go to a do-it-yourself wash everything was frozen. The frikkin brush was hard as a brick, the water was turning to ice as I washed the car, etc... So its rough, just make sure the temp isnt below freezing or you wont have a fun time if you decide to do it yourself.
