Just finished up the install of Eibach springs and 11 inch black GS wheels. I happen to like it (which is what really counts ) but a local buddy of mine hates these wheels. I think he is in the minority here but just for the heck of it, how about a little poll?

After some wrenching and grinding off of the bump stops (yeah, took them all the way off... didn't want them messing up the wheels!) here is what she looks like now...

I was going to put some Torque Thrust II wheels on there but I think I actually like these better on the black Z.

Whatcha think? I'm sure most will like these better than stock but how about over the TTII wheels?

I was thinking of putting these black GS 11" wheels on the maroon 94Z and putting the Enkei Win wheels on the black 94 conv but, again, my buddy thinks I'm crazy because he doesn't like these black wheels. I'm not so sure they'd look good on the maroon 94Z but I think they look killer on the black Z!

Just want to show my buddy he doesn't know what he's talking about (or maybe you guys will prove him right and me wrong! DOH!)

 

i really do like TTII's and i think they would look great on there, but i think those black GS ones with the polished lip look sweet!! i say keep them on your black Z and keep your Enkei's on that slow maroon Z!! i really think they make a world of difference over the stockers, so i say stick with them. I dunno, that car just looks mean with the black on black

 

That polished lip makes all the differnce in the world! Although i think they would looks better if they were about an inch or two bigger they still look pretty damn good.

I'm never going to hear the end of this if all you guys who like them don't vote and my bud sees this. I'll have to buy him some beers or something just to get him off my back and stop him from saying "I told you so!". Either way, I kinda like it so will probably keep em Also, I might keep all the wheels/tires I have so I can change them like shoes when I get tired of them on a car I'll just switch them around... confuse everbody. hahhaha

i like the black GS wheels! i was thinking of tossing them on my Z but then again im not sure how it would look on my car... But on the back drop top. looks awesome!

 

im not a big fan of black wheels, they look decent as long as its clean with shiny tires.

How are the no bump stops working, im thinking about doing the same before i do any driving on mine
