Sorry if this was known already it's just that I've been trying to find it at a decent price for a while and couldn't, so this is just a heads up.

If it's on clearance that probably means they are clearing out their inventory and not going to sell them anymore...

not for 85 shipping... its almost as much as the damn spoiler itself...

 

Does anyone know the weight of the spoiler? Based on its size, if it goes USPS, it is definitely Oversive classification 1 or 2 which jumps the price considerably. I doubt the shipping is actually that big of a rip off.

 

If you buy the 98+ style spoiler from spoiler depot shipping is only $30 and it's even slightly bigger. They're ripping people on the shipping.

 

How does it come packed? When I got my CME tips from SLP they were completely encased in expandible foam. Maybe that isn't worth $50 more for shipping, but if they do that for something as big as a spoiler... I'd consider it.

 

Damn I hate you for bring this to my attention. I want that spoiler really bad but I don't want to have to spend the money on it and get it painted then still have to sell my 98+ SS spoiler.

 

The package weighs about 34 lbs and I think the box is 60x30x9 (roughly) inches is what I was told.

I agree about the 98+ wing, but personally I like the 96-97 better, also you're getting it direct from SLP as oppsed to 'spoiler depot' or ebay, it's possible that these places make good quality body parts, but I've heard stories about ebay hoods and such...

I almost wanna get it, but i love the clean look of the z28 spoiler..I feel like I'd be buying it just to buy it haha

 

Funny thing about this is that I was looking at buying this spoiler in the summer. Price at that time, $411 from SLP. Wonder why there is a big change in price.
