it looks REALLY good with the blackouts on, but it doesn't look so good at all without them on in my opinion.

I'm actually having the same thing done to my camaro, I dropped off my extra pannel 3 days ago... should be done in about 4 more. I personally think it doesn't look good with blackouts on. I am also gettin chrome inserts for my camaro letters, Unless you have chrome wheels and other things in chrome I say go for white fill-ins.

Cool

Very nice, you need the C A M A R O letters
Can somebody post some pics of a red camaro LT1 with the same job?
I personaly think that your car looks better without the blackouts

nice. But is it that pic or did the paint come out to be flat? I thought that it would be more glossy.

Wow, thanks for all the comps guys!! Yeaa, any ideas where to order the chrome letters and overlays from?? RK is kinda high...and MadIce, I have chrome badges on the side ... the back in chrome will finish it off. IMHO, white wouldn't turn out too good. I'll post back when I get it completed, again thanks for the comps...kinda nervous when I first put it back together :P

Looks good, I have the same thing done to my 94 Z28, I have the chrome CAMARO inserts, Chrome Z28 emblem, and the chrome bowtie.

I personally think it looks better with the taillight covers on.

Try www.ssinserts.com It looks like they have some nice stuff and the price is about 30% less than RK Sports.

Hey Ernie, thanks! They are $69.95 for the set... "Made of 20 gauge highly polished, precision laser cut stainless steel, to last a lifetime. Permanent self adhesive 3M backing. Inserts fit into the indented letters on the bumper."

Mmmmm, the pic they show doesn't really show the product to well...anyone order this set?

A friend of mine has them in his Mustang and they look pretty high quality. I will probably be ordering them (after I get my headers in) to replace the vinyl I have on my car.

I emailed the company and they said that the price includes shipping. So, I thought that was pretty cool too.

Yeaa, thats great that it will include shipping too! Are your friend's letters chrome or more of a silver in color? The pic appears to be silver. I deff want chrome, lemme know if you could! RK's are chrome and $95 plus shipping SO if the ssinserts webpages are deff chrome, I'm ordering Thanks again ernie and nice car btw!!
