I've never seen a completely flat hood on an LT1 until now

Interesting looking. I've never seen a hood like that as far as I know.

...I thought you meant flat, as in 'flat as a board'...

I think that's what he meant, just not to the same degree. It doesn't have the stock hood louvers, so it's basically flat.

Interesting, can't judge anything because it's not painted.

Think it looks a 1000's times better than stock. I hate those loovers so much.

Uglyiest things they could of put on our cars.

I don't think it's for looks. It's probably a fiberglass hood to reduce weight. The car appears to be for drag racing.

I would need to see it painted to make a real determination of whether I like it or not. It's pretty neat though! I've never seen one.

What's the deal with everyone here? Normally there'd be at least 5 rude posts by now!

Where's the Geo Storm pictures? (mostly , slight )

I think it looks pretty good myself, but I rather like the stock Camaro hood best.

I think I'd prefer the stock hood over that flat one as well. Like I said, it's hard to pass judgement with it being in primer like that. I think the stock hood would look even better if the seams around the vents were shaved. That way it'd look like one piece instead of just being inserts.

That's a really good idea. I wonder if anyone has done that?

When I get a cowl hood, we can have a good time with some bondo and see.

I think that looks really bad but I've always thought the louvers made the LT1 Z28 hoods. I hate the LS1 Z28 hoods because they are flat and basically lifeless.

However, to each their own and I'm sure that is a fiberglass hood for drag racing.
