Intimidator hood style?

Intimidator hood style?
Where can I get this at? I've looked around and haven't came up with much. Is it a stripe kit, or are there shops that will paint it on? I've only seen it in pictures, so it's hard to tell how the hood is done. Any advice as to where I could get this would be great, thanks.

That hood graphic is also called the "Manta" Hood graphic.
