Interior Lighting / Bulbs
Anyone know any details on replacing the interior lighting elements, with colored bulbs.. preferrably LED bulbs if they would work.
How many locations are there, and are all the bulbs the same size?
I'd like to go with a light orange color to match the exterior, and hopefully to go brighter, as well.
The locations I can think of are the door panels (the switch lighting).. the dome light, and the mirror lights on the front. What else is there? I'm not looking to touch any of the gauges or anything like that.

well I have mine everywhere except the dash. This includes the door panels, courtesy, map lights, trunk light, ash tray, and a dome light(if I had one). I'm working on the rest of the exterior. I just ordered a bunch so should be interesting.

I am using LEDS for all the lighting that I mentioned. The vendor that I buy the LED's from is not a sponsor so I will PM that to you. I recommend using the lighting guide from sylvania.com to find which replacement lamps you need. You simply match up the style lamp to an LED replacement and there you go. The trick is to take note of which LED configuration will illuminate the best per the application. LEDs are directional so picking the proper cluster config is important to get positive results.
