Interior

You have to admit our camaros look pretty cheap inside. (Atleast the Lt1's do) And I dont like that at all. I want to know what I can do to make the whole inside nice (mostly around the dash area) I have nice black leather seats but thats it.
I should Include floormats steering wheel covers and stuff like that but still the entire dash looks like VERY cheap plastic and is poor quality, Is there a kit out there that you can convert your entire dash to a completely different style? Other then that what can you do?

There aint much you can do about the interior, anything that will look nice and be different will cost way to much.

I thought of leather covering the dash, but i a few people said that it would cause some nasty windsheild glare.

I also thought of swapping in 97+ camaro or trans am interior but that would be a mess load of work and cost a nice dime.

I like our interiors. It just feels really solid when you get in and start up the car. I think it goes well with a muscle car, JMO

I hate the new crap thats being in. Too fancy!!

I think the interior is fairly nice. Mine kinda "feels"cheap. A couple things rattle like the cigarette but box thing. What you can do to fix up the interior is paint some things the same color as the exterior. I am going to try this with some of the dash panels and what not.

I like the styling of my dash but i dont like the fact that its made out of the thinest, noisiest, cheapest plastic chevy could find. It could atleast be covered with the same material as the passenger side.

I wish we had nicer gages....even putting aftermarket "whiteface" guage overlayes don't look as nice as some other cars stock guages.

I liek the layout of my dash better than the new camaro's...... I like how it's in an arc, it just looks cool with the 2 air vents and everything.

heh the only thing i like about our dash is the guages... the whole dash is cheap and flimsy, cracks easy and just generally screams "GM saved 50 cents by using cheap form-pressed plastic in this car" whenever i see it.
