Does anyone have instructions for cutting fuel rail covers to fit my 99 TA?

The driver's side piece has a slot for one fuel line. But it looks like there are 2 fuel lines???? They are taped together in silver heat wrap? W/ a little green EVAP screw top somewhere in the middle.

I ordered a set of 99 Vette covers, and the piece for the driver's side has one fuel rail line cut already. But something is under there in the way, that I can't see that is preventing me from getting it on.

And I know the passenger side will need to be cut for the throttle area. I just need some good pics, so I won't make mistakes. I have already removed the emissions stuff.
