As lame as this may make me sound...I kinda see how this "works" for this particular car. Being the special edition and having the blue wheels straight from the factory...Dude is just trying to accent that feature more. I don't think I would do anything like that AT ALL...but I can see myself looking at that car at a show and actually saying "that's kinda cool".

I've seen the various colors of tint at some car shows I've been to. Everything from a red 3rd Gen w/ red tint to a black 4th Gen Camaro with yellow tint. Its their car, they can do what they want to do with it of course but personally I'd never even consider it for any of my cars.
i had a friend do a red 50% and then over that he did a chrome 50%. it looked like a red mirror, and it was sweet. ive also seen many colors at car shows, as well as two tone tint jobs, and two different colors one laid into the other for a seamless fit. whoever did the tint job was fantastic, you couldnt even see the lines.
