Not for me.

Plus, I can see someone buying it and liking it at first and then somewhere (probably soon) down the line walking out to the driveway and going.....WTF.....why did I buy this?

And forget about any privacy or "stealth" driving with that.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, officer. Surely you must have seen some other neon pink mustang."

I wouldn't care about stealth. Same reason they make Lamborghinis in Verde Ithaca . You can't hide.

That's "hot pink". Magenta is darker.

Well, if we do want to be completely accurate, I can settle this. It is "technically" magenta if you base it on printing ink and what Photoshop says Magenta is.

The colors are similar, but different. My eyes say it's closer to Hot Pink (aka Shocking Pink).

Are we talking RGB magenta or CMYK magenta?

Well, whatever you call it, it sure is cool. That we can agree on.

Well, since we're all looking at it on monitors that display an RGB colorspace (none of you printed it using a calibrated color system, right?), I think I'd have to go with RGB.

I'm a... well, for simplicity... graphic designer, so I'm used to designing in CMYK, so I still think it's magenta!

I need to photoshop a 5th gen camaro in that color for this topic...

I just now found the original article that accompanied those pictures.
http://www.autoblog.com/2007/03/27/s...-tickled-pink/

I can't believe the people who commented on it though. I really don't understand why some people are so close minded--particularly when they are on the internet. The car's beautiful... why insult it? Pink's just a color... get over it.

I'd love to own a Camaro in this color and I'm a straight male. Not a girl. Not gay.

Maybe some of you older guys can answer this... were panther pink Barracudas, Challengers, and whatever else, drivers given a lot of grief over the color of their car???
