I have seen quite a bit of camaro's that have a black strip below the trunk and the tail lights. Can anyone help me out and let me know where I can go to get that done to my car.

 

It's called the "Berger panel" by pretty much everyone on the sites, if you want to search for threads on it.

Either a body shop, or if you know someone that can spray paint well... Most people spray it in their garage.
