I have the part # for the clear dash piece
I just heard back from cust. service at GMpartsdirect.com, the part # for the clear plastic piece that fits over your guages is 16131492. I asked for the part number for a 95, so I don't know if it fits all 4th gens or what. I think it was like $11.00.
