To go from sealed beams to regular head lights.

I got Eurolights for $88 (eurolamps.com) They work pretty good. I got the xenon-charged blue-white color. They are basically a stock looking housing which you can put the 9006 bulbs in like normal (just twist them in and there's a clip to hold it in place) they light up the road a bit better than stock.. they basically do what I wanted them for although there not quite as bright as I would like.. I wish I could someday get HIDs in a stock looking housing

Did you just put the HIDs in the Eurolights housing? What was the brand and cost of the bulbs you're using and do they light up the road a lot better? I heard that if you put them in a non-HID housing the beam is not as directed and it blinds people.. although I doubt our cars would do too much blinding since they are so low.. I basically wanted a blue color but I still want brighter lighting.

Sometimes I've left my high beams on accidentally and I've never gotten flashed by anyone Only when my high beams are on is my light output what I would consider good.

I'm pretty sure the kit comes with the bulbs, and they offer them in a few "colors".

I'm pretty sure the same thing can be done to the stock housings.

I have the blue-white xenon-charged color that my Eurolights came with. I like the color of them and the light output is a bit better than stock, however, I still want more lighting. Especially with all the deer around here of which I recently have seen a couple far too up close.

I haven't put HID's into mine cuz I'm not sure how the light pattern would be since they're not exactly housings made for HIDs.. I see that fbodyrs96 has put HIDs into these housings tho so I want to know how well it's working out?

I would imagine that between the car being so low and the fact that the headlights tuck under the hood that it should help keep some of the light from blinding other drivers too bad- obviously the best option in a projector to focus the light....eventually I plan on trying HID's in my projectors...see how that works out

yes I just put HIDS in the eurolight housing and you will need to aim them down a bit to keep form blinding people, eurolights does sell them now with the hids for $189, but I bought mine before that, so I got mine of off ebay seller supervtec recommend by LS1tech http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260366500739&viewitem= make an offer I won mine for $65 shipped. and yes there is a huge difference in light output, even the eurolight bulbs suck compared to these..

heres the blue/white euro's

the highs/lows and foglights are all on in this pic

again the 6k hids
