Just wondering what you guys have spent and how much of it you recouped by selling your old parts.

I ask because I am SERIOUSLY considering doing the reverse, going from the LS1 front end on my 1998 Z to an LT1 style front end.

Only catch is I would have to have a Harwood Cowl (other wise it wouldn't fit).

SO, I am trying to figure out what deal would be fair if I found someone with an LT1 wanting to convert their car.

Right now, I am leaning towards you get my parts for your parts w/ a Harwood hood painted to match my car. Not sure if that's asking too much though...

Anways, I am rambling. How much did you guys pay and was the LT1 stuff even worth anything (I know it was pretty impossible for my friend to sell his off his Trans-Am)???
