how to lower my SS conv

I want to drop my SS conv just a little, i've looked at the eibach site and am confused about wich lowering springs to get. Has anybody lowered their conv (i'm sure they have) and what did you use? I've got 18x9.5 Z06 wheels on it with 275/35/18 pirelli's, anybody got any ideas on clearance issues?...thanks

I haven't personally done this, and I don't know if I'll be able to with the planned addition of LT headers, but from what I understand, you'll need an adjustable panhard rod to recenter the back once you've lowered it, and you'll more than likely have to "massage" the inner wheel well to prevent rubbing. There seems to have been all kinds of results from "Bolted right up, no modification needed" to people screaming about "th biggest PITA they've ever done" type kind of thing. I'm thinking though...since you already have the 18's on there...to get a mild drop spring...like the BMR or DMS and bang out that inner wheel well as needed.

*disclaimer - as stated above, I haven't actually done this, I'm just going by what I remember reading about this. So, PLEASE...others chime in if I'm not entirely correct about this.*

I lowered my vert with Ground-Control coilovers. I like the adjustability of this setup, but I am going to get some better shocks/struts for next season.

As far as springs go, the brand of spring is not nearly as important as the brand / quality of shocks/struts you get. In other words, the cheap DMS springs would do just fine.
