How hard would it be to install this headliner?

How hard would it be to install this headliner?
The ABS Plastic Headliner... What would I have to do to take out my old one and install the new one? I'm guessing the cardboard for the old one has to come completely out?

It's been awhile since I've had mine out but if I recall, you pop the a-pillar pods off, the dome light, and pry off the seatbelt pieces. There's also that plastic clip that's right between the tops.
Am I missing anything?

The only other thing I can think of is the coat hanger clip deals that must be popped out so you can pull the old headliner out from behind the plastice interior pieces in the back of the car. I did mine last weekend, took maybe a half an hour.
