I have a 97 TA and I have the driver side fog burnt out. My question is do i have to take the front bumper out to do this?? Is there a trick to changing them? Also, I am interested in getting the Halo fog lights for the car but I dont know were to get them so any info would be great!

I have a Camaro, not a T/A but there are access panels under the nose to get to the turn/marker lights and fog lights w/out pulling bumper cover.

 

I just finished doing this. Under the front nose, there are 3 plastic fasteners or whatever. Pry them out with a screwdriver (they can be a little stubborn). You'll have good access then and can reach up to the bracket for the fog lamp. Unplug the wire that connects to the back of the bulb. Twist the bulb and pull it out. I don't know what's involved with halo's, however.
