I tried looking this up this weekend, but I couldnt find any info on it besides just pulling really hard. I got one of the side clips out, and the i gave it a few good tugs, but i dont want to break it, just take it off. and i dont want to scratch the fascia. Other than this, what are you guys using to hold on the gutter guard stuff for the grille? Thanks.

 

i just took my grille off yesterday, pulll the side clips out......then the bottom clips, they come out a little harder than the side ones, but rest assured they will pop off, now to the hard ones.....hold onto the front fascia with one hand and pull like a mother with the other on the grille, dont jerk it off just give it firm steady pressure and it WILL let loose. failing that method you have to take apart the front nose pieces on your car. good luck!

 

thanks man. ill give it a whirl later on. i just feel like im about to rip the whole thing off when i pull too hard. are they just snap clips in there? what did you put over the foam in the holes?

 

as long as you hold onto the front fascia, you will be all right, i took my grille off , cause in maine we are required to have 2 liscence plates, i didnt like the looks of that, so i took the plate off , and of course there are three holes where the bracket went , so i bought a new grille to put back on !
