I vote SS over the two. It just sucks that the SS hood is a dime a dozen nowadays ya know? Every car has it, but for good reason.

After looking at many hoods I went with a cowl induction hood by VFN.

Cool

My vote goes for the Ultra Z.

The SS hood is everywhere. I see 2 or 3 a day.

The Ram Air II just clashes with the sharp angular lines of the 93-97 front bumper cover.

The Ram Air II on a 98-02 Camaro, well that looks nice.

The Ultra Z is unique and not too many people have it. It's a comfortable medium.

IMO of course.

Hurculies Hurculies

wait

Ultra Z Ultra Z

Once I get my website going I will become a vendor here and sell it pretty cheap BUT until then, sorry. I believe if you check on the vendor list now, "Tbyrne" is selling the hood of $639.99 plus shipping. And that is a fairly good price for how much he pays for it. Actually that is a cheap price b/c SLP doesn't knock much off for dealers. It doesn't seem like much of a discount, but it really is.

ps-I'll hopefully have mine in by summer time, and painted soon after. I like the ultra Z hood to. Z stylin looks like a p*ssy ram air II that couldn't get it up LOL

you read my mind man, T Byrne is the cheapest i have found, and i dont like either the z style of ram air II, just bcuz it looks like it SHOULD go on a TA.

anyone have pictures of the ultra Z air box installed or just have any insight on where it mounts?
