stangkilla,
I normally don't talk trash on here but the thread you just posted about your little V6 beats Gt's all day long was a total line of BS. If that was true, then why even buy a Z28??? And you have no mods yet you can stomp a Gt. That is a total line of crap and you know it. Sorry everyone, I had to call that bluff

why is that hard to believe my 6 with 3.42 gears, and that came stock can burn them but if we raced past 80 I'd probably get my *** handed to me. maybe the ones he raced were auto's ever think of that?

Well when I had the 3.4 in my firebird I could give the little 5.0s around here a run for the money, usually could keep up, I have no problem believing that the 3800 could take a 5.0.......the 4.6 would be a diffrent story though.

Back to the hole purpose of the thread though, yeah, it's photochopped, but it look real good, I'd buy it if I owned a camaro and it exsisted.

I think it may be photoshoped also, but just so you know, Eibach DOES make coil-overs. I have them on my car. They are the Eibach Ground Control coil-overs. They are just like the LG motorsports set. With the custom valved Bilstein shocks, they were about $1200 a set (fron and rears).

Sorry to burst your bubble, but ground control is a different company all in itself. They make the small threaded pieces that fit over the shocks, then just use eibach springs. You may have bought them from eibach's site, but they dont manufacture the actual coil-over pieces.

3.4 isn't going to beat any 5.0...sorry to burst your bubble, i used to read this site and think they would to....then i actually raced one...haha not even close.

And most of the 5.0's are quicker than the 4.6's...since there are not many stock 5.0's left

Thumbs up

Being the owner of a Mustang GT, I know it's not the quickest car in the world. But it's not as slow as most people think. I bet a 3.8 Camaro could take out a stock GT, but he sure wouldn't "burn" him. It would be a close race if the 3.8 did take out the GT and I believe the GT would catch the 3.8 on the top end. Now the '99+ is a different story. They're more in the stock LT1 range.

Also, I have a hard time believing the 3.4 took out any 5.0's. I've driven both and have owned a 5.0 'Stang and I just don't see that happening. Of course, anything can happen in a race.

Not trying to start anything or flame, but why then would they put Eibach Ground Control on the spring itself and sell it as an eibach ground control coil-over kit. I understand what you are saying but it is the same as buying a computer. Dell may manufacture the computer but it may have a Western Digital hd and a GForce video card.

Eibach and other distributors still sell it as an Eibach coil-over kit. Maybe they are just mentioning both names so that both companies get recognition.

LOL!!! You guys have turned into some ford lovers!!! No I did'nt lie, I've owned my 2000 V6 since August and have already put 15 mustangs under my belt. I street race at least 5 times every week. I'm not some 16 year, I'm 28 and been doin this since 1990. Check page 2 of my 86 Z-28 page, I post all my s**t . The 2000 is the first V6 I've ever owned in my life!!!! Here's some of my previous cars:
77 Caprise 305/ 350 turbo
73 Impala 350/350 turbo (2 door)
73 Impala 350/350 (4 door)
63 Impala 283/powerglide (numbers matched)
84 Lesabre 307/?

I dont have to lie about nuthin people!!! I race more than anybody I know, I push the limits more than anybody I know!!! If I lose a race, I ADMIT IT!!!! unlike some of you here. I win races because the guys I race are unexperienced and dont know how to come off the throttle. How do you think I get the jump on GT's? because while they're doin burnouts, I'm halfway down the street. I lost one race to a GT a couple of weeks ago (it's posted on my racing page) but he did'nt catch me until I winded out at 125mph and he winded out at 130. I lead the entire race but since he eventually passed me I gave him the win. Even though I was still on his door (not even a half-a-car legnth). My fastest car is actually my 99 Honda Accord V-tec 6. My Z-28 is my 1/4 car, it redlines at 110mph so all of you doubters and haters can meet me and put your money where your mouth is. Racing is the only thing I do!!!!! I dont club, gamble etc.... I race!!!!! I have three cars that are all race worthy and I prove my point on these Atlanta streets daily!!!!!!! Yea a GT could probably get me, IF THE RIGHT DRIVER IS BEHIND THE WHEEL, But if your new to this s**t "dont pull up on me" or you'll be $100 poorer!!!!

Why even question me if you dont line up with me or ride with me!!! Racing is new to you guys, not me!!!!! I really dont like the V6, thats why I'm saving for an LS1. But so many Hondas and mostly mustangs pull up on me, I have to try em. I'm a real racer, any time of the day, any day of the week. I'll blow up my motor tryin to win a race!!!!!! Will you?

Enough talk!!! Go to my racing page (page 2)

http://camaro.cardomain.com/id/stangkilla1

I update this whever I get in to a decent race. Bull**** races I dont post. If I beat you before I change to second gear, you are no comp.

And I ride nuthin but automatics and still win. while others are going from 2nd to 3rd in manuals, I'm just changing to 2nd and still in the lead. Man, you guys are proving to me that some of you are "elementary" racers. While some of you are here talking about what you do, I'm in the streets or on the highway doing it!!!

The first night I ever got into a car and got on the highway, I found a race with GTi the first race ever, I was 15!!!! First time ever on the California highway, and I took my moms lil 81 celica with a R22 up to 100 mph!!! Racing is in my blood. I was street racing in Cali when it was still underground. I'm 28 years old and still racing like I was in high school!!!!!

I'd honestly say that was the gheyed thing i've ever heard in my life. LOL you are 28 years old and still trying convince people that you are an expert because you have done this so long. Guess what, who cares. I think you need to save up for a camcorder instead of an LS1 because then you will be beating Diablo's b/c your an export LoL!!!
