HID's
Not at all. Putting those into halogen housings not designed for that much light output is a bad idea. You'll be able to see ok, but the light will lack focus, cut off, and will have many hot spots. Again, you'll have plenty of output, but anyone facing you will have to deal with all that light. The proper way to do it would be to retrofit some sort of housing or projector that's actually engineered for true HID. For example, here's a projector for an Infiniti that I'm adapting to my Subaru headlight.

I've seen people on here do the Hella projectors that are still halogen, but still greatly improve the lighting. I'm sure with a little searching you could pull up those threads.

Here's a little something on what I was talking about:
If after reading all of that stuff, which I hope you did, you still want to do it, look up the DDM kits. They're half the price of what you posted, have a lifetime warranty, and people on the motorcycle forum I frequent are absolutely gay for them. www.ddmtuning.com
Can I put HID into my stock halogen reflector lighting assembly?
Yes. But it is strongly recommended that you do not. Although it may not seem so, directing the light produced by a headlight bulb to the right places requires a good deal of precision. Reflector assemblies on cars that come equipped with halogen bulbs are made to direct the light produced by halogen bulbs correctly. Replacing those bulbs with HID bulbs that produce three times the light yields a terrible beam pattern. You will have light going all over the place, most importantly into the eyes of drivers of oncoming vehicles. Even if you can tolerate such a beam pattern, your lights would be a safety hazard on the road. Many people try to solve this problem by lowering their lights. However, to reduce glare to acceptable levels, you would have to lower HID lights in halogen reflectors so much that you would not have much of a useable light increase over your stock setup.

That is most likely the route I will go with my car.
This is what I have now and these headlight are built for HID bulbs.
You can use them on the stokers but the drivers in the other lain are not going to like you and will flash you all the time because it looks like you have you high beams on.
That seems to be the biggest hurdle. Like I mentioned though, there have been people that have installed the Hella projectors already. They're not HID, but they're a great improvement over stock. I've also seen pictures of them with HID kits added to them, and they appeared to do a great job of actually focusing the light where it's supposed to be. Here's the thread about it: https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62272
